Since 1988, Mr. Rider has dedicated his professional career to the relocation of manufacturing operations from all around the world and has successfully implemented them in Mexico.

Mr. Rider gained his expertise working for prominent companies such as General Electric, Stanley Works and Hamilton Beach/Proctor-Silex, in their manufacturing operations in Mexico.

His experience was focused on programs to expand existing operations and to build new ones. Moreover, he gained practical knowledge in effective management methods in Mexico, labor regulations and first hand knowledge on how to manufacture and start up new operations in Mexico.

Mr. Rider founded THE EVEREST GROUP in 1996.
