Underlining its position as the third world economy and the export potential of its services and raw materials during 2012 India will seek to realize a free trade agreement with Mexico, that will benefit sectors such as information technology, automotive, textiles, pharmaceuticals and services.

U.S. businesspeople have more and more reasons for doing business in Mexico. To be successful, however, they need to keep in mind cultural differences between the two countries.

Blessed with a shared commitment to democracy, similar geography and climate, and large, thriving domestic markets, India and Mexico have continued to deepen their partnership in the global economy.
